The processing of service and support questions occurs during the normal business hours of Ceyoniq Technology GmbH. The normal business hours are from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm; on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve from 9 am to 12 pm.

In case of technical problems, the disruption service (software and hardware) can be reached between the hours of 6 am and 10 pm; on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve from 9 am to 12 pm.

On all federal public holidays there is neither a disruption service nor a customer service staff on call to answer any service and support questions.

Ceyoniq Technology GmbH reserves the right to change the times for both Ceyoniq Service as well as for Ceyoniq support without providing any advance notice.
